Peter Do
Peter Do is a Vietnamese-American designer whose work combines precise tailoring, modular construction and a focus on material and production. Born in Biên Hòa, he moved to the United States at age 14 and studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. After receiving the inaugural LVMH Graduate Prize in 2014, he developed his technical practice at Céline under Phoebe Philo and later worked at Derek Lam. Do launched his namesake label in 2018. In 2023 he was appointed Creative Director of Helmut Lang, where he oversaw the house’s collections while continuing his own label; he departed in November 2024.
