On is a Swiss performance brand founded in 2010 by Olivier Bernhard, David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti. The founders began with a running-shoe concept built around a cushioned landing and firm take-off, developing the CloudTec system into a range that now spans road and trail running, tennis, training and apparel. On Holding AG became a listed company in 2021. Because the listed group and the consumer brand are closely aligned but not interchangeable analytical labels, every financial figure retains the company's consolidated scope, period and currency; product launches, athlete results and wholesale distribution are not used as substitutes for revenue.
