Brand intelligence
McQueen
McQueen is the British fashion house founded in London in 1992 by Lee Alexander McQueen. It is known for sharp tailoring, dramatic silhouettes, technical craft and a subversive, emotionally charged approach to fashion. The house joined Kering in 2001 and is now led by Chief Executive Officer Gianfilippo Testa and Creative Director Seán McGirr, who joined in December 2023. McGirr’s mandate is a distinct chapter after founder Alexander McQueen and Sarah Burton; the profile does not collapse those periods into one generic creative-director field. Kering reports at group level, so its revenue and earnings are not presented as McQueen-only performance unless an official disclosure makes that attribution.
