Marco Falcioni

Marco Falcioni is an Italian fashion designer and the creative director responsible for HUGO BOSS's BOSS and HUGO brands. He joined the company in 2015 and held senior menswear responsibilities before a 2022 reorganisation placed overall creative direction for both brands under his leadership. Falcioni directs the product and collection image across the company's fashion offer while brand-specific teams retain defined remits. His position is stored against BOSS with the company-issued title and start date; it is not confused with the chief executive role, with ownership of HUGO BOSS AG or with the founder relationship of Hugo Ferdinand Boss.
