Francesca Rinaldo

Francesca Rinaldo is an Italian designer and entrepreneur who co-founded Golden Goose with Alessandro Gallo in Venice in 2000. The pair developed the label without formal fashion training, drawing on travel, American vintage references, skate culture and Italian craft. Their work established a distressed and individually finished sneaker language that became the company's commercial centre while it expanded into clothing and accessories. Rinaldo is represented as one half of the founding partnership; subsequent private-equity ownership, executive management and later product teams are not collapsed into her historical role.
