Francesca Bellettini
Francesca Bellettini is an Italian luxury executive and President and Chief Executive Officer of Gucci, appointed on September 17, 2025. A Bocconi University graduate, she began her career in London investment banking before joining Prada Group’s business planning division in 1999 and becoming Operations Manager for Helmut Lang. She joined Kering in 2003 in Gucci’s strategic planning and merchandising functions, then moved to Bottega Veneta in 2008, where she became Worldwide Merchandising and Communications Director in 2010. In 2013 she became President and CEO of Saint Laurent, a role she held until 2025. From September 2023 she also served as Kering Deputy CEO for Brand Development, with the group announcing that the function would be eliminated when she moved to Gucci. Her career links merchandising, brand operations and house-level executive leadership; it is separate from Gucci’s creative-director appointment.
