Carlo Rivetti

Carlo Rivetti is an Italian fashion executive and the chairman and creative director of Stone Island. He joined the company in 1983 through GFT, worked with founder Massimo Osti and later took full control of the brand. After designer Paul Harvey concluded his tenure, Rivetti assumed creative direction in 2008 and led a multidisciplinary design and material-research team rather than positioning the house around a single seasonal auteur. He remained central when Moncler acquired Stone Island in 2021. His ownership and creative stewardship are kept distinct from Osti's 1982 founder role and from Moncler Group's consolidated reporting.
