Versace
Versace is the Milan luxury house founded by Gianni Versace in 1978. It is known for bold print, Medusa and Greca codes, Italian tailoring, eveningwear, accessories, footwear, eyewear, fragrance, home and hospitality. Prada Group completed its acquisition of Versace on 2 December 2025. Emmanuel Gintzburger remains CEO, Lorenzo Bertelli is Executive Chairman, and Pieter Mulier became Chief Creative Officer effective 1 July 2026. Their executive, strategic and creative mandates are modelled separately, as is the house’s prior creative leadership. Prada Group disclosures are clearly parent-group reporting; where Versace figures are separately disclosed, they are identified as such rather than conflated with Prada or Miu Miu performance.
