Viktor Horsting
Viktor Horsting is a Dutch fashion designer who co-founded Viktor&Rolf with Rolf Snoeren after the pair studied together at Arnhem's art academy. Since 1993 they have worked as a continuous design partnership, using couture construction, conceptual repetition and theatrical presentation to examine the conventions of fashion. Their practice has included haute couture, ready-to-wear, fragrance and museum exhibitions. Horsting's profile is deliberately paired with Snoeren's equal role rather than treating either designer as the sole author. OTB's ownership, completed in 2026, is stored separately from the founders' continuing co-creative direction.
