Tolu Coker

Tolu Coker is a British-Nigerian fashion designer and multidisciplinary artist based in London. She is Founder and Creative Director of Tolu Coker, the sustainable-luxury label she launched in 2021 after studying Fashion Design and Textile Print at Central Saint Martins. Before establishing the label, Coker worked with J.W. Anderson, CELINE and Maison Margiela. Her work combines tailoring, repair and reuse, film and cultural research, often drawing on British-Nigerian family histories, migration and community. The label’s practice treats clothing as a vehicle for craftsmanship and social conversation, rather than as a short seasonal cycle. Coker was a finalist for the 2025 LVMH Prize.
