Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin
Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin is an Italian designer and executive who leads the Pierre Cardin house as President and Artistic Director. Born in Padua in 1970, he graduated in civil engineering from the University of Padua and pursued advanced piano studies at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest before working as a concert pianist. He joined the Pierre Cardin house in the 2000s and has directed Italian companies within the group since 1999, alongside artistic productions for the Espace Pierre Cardin theatre. He was appointed President on 29 October 2020 and became Artistic Director on 30 December 2020. His 2022 presentation of COSMOCORPS 3022 marked a new creative chapter for the house.
