Peter Copping

Peter Copping is a British fashion designer and graduate of both Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London. He began his career at Sonia Rykiel and spent more than a decade at Louis Vuitton, where he led womenswear under Marc Jacobs. He later became Creative Director of Nina Ricci and Oscar de la Renta, before serving as Head of Couture at Balenciaga and directing the ateliers for the house’s couture return. Lanvin appointed Copping Artistic Director in June 2024, with the role beginning in September.
