David Koma
David Koma is a Georgian-born, London-trained fashion designer who leads both Blumarine and his namesake label. He moved to London in 2003 to study at Central Saint Martins, completing an MA in Fashion with distinction in 2009. He launched the David Koma label that year, building a recognisable language of sculptural, body-conscious silhouettes and precise embellishment. From 2013 to 2017 he served as Artistic Director at Mugler, working across the house’s ready-to-wear collections. Blumarine appointed him Creative Director in 2024; his debut collection was presented for Fall/Winter 2025–26. As of 2026 he continues to lead the Italian house while developing his London label.
