Diotima

Diotima is the New York fashion label founded by Jamaican designer Rachel Scott. It combines hand-crochet craft, tailoring, eveningwear and a contemporary interpretation of Caribbean design traditions. Scott remains Founder and Creative Director of Diotima while also holding a separate Creative Director mandate at Proenza Schouler from 2025. The directory keeps the two roles distinct and preserves Diotima as an independent house with its own creative authorship. It does not imply that a parallel appointment transfers ownership, operating control or financial results between the two labels.
