Axel Arigato
Axel Arigato is a Swedish footwear and fashion brand founded in Gothenburg in 2014 by Max Svärdh and Albin Johansson. It began with a digitally led, direct-to-consumer sneaker model and frequent product drops, then expanded into apparel, accessories, wholesale and physical retail. Eurazeo acquired a majority stake in 2020 while the founders and other shareholders retained interests. The company remains privately held, so transaction valuations, gross merchandise figures and investor-level disclosures are not represented as audited brand revenue.
